From care level 1 (Pflegegrad 1) the German care insurance (Pflegekasse) covers our Basic package in full and pays us directly. It costs you nothing, including installation.
- Who qualifies?
- Anyone with a German care level (Pflegegrad) 1 to 5. We check your eligibility for free.
- How does it work?
- You press the button, the 24/7 response center answers immediately and sends help: family, neighbors or emergency services.
- What does it cost?
- With a care level: 0 € for the Basic package and no connection fee. Without a care level: 32,90 € per month and 49 € once. Extras such as fall detection cost a small monthly surcharge.
